This Level 2 NVQ Formwork (Shuttering) is a nationally recognized vocational qualification. This qualification is for those practicing or aspiring to be shuttering carpenters. The qualification is achieved through on-site assessments, allowing you to demonstrate your competency in a real-world setting without exams, classes, or time off work.

Assessment Process:
This qualification is competency-based, meaning you must prove your competence in the program units. The assessment process has two parts:
- Knowledge: You will complete a workbook to demonstrate your knowledge of formwork.
- Practical: You will collect evidence of your practical skills on the job site and upload this evidence to an e-portfolio system.
An assessor will evaluate your submitted workbook and evidence to determine if you have met the standards for the qualification.
